We hope that people will join us along the Spare Seat expedition route and bring their own Seat. This should be human powered and ideally a kayak or canoe but maybe a rowing boat or sailing dinghy.  Hopefully we will get to meet a wide range of people on the water. 

We will be agreeing some ‘Bring your own Seat’ events with groups along the Erie Canal and Hudson River where we hope to have a small fleet paddling together.  These will again be listed on our Spare Seat Expedition Schedule which will be available for download soon.  Why not register your details and we will email you a copy once it is finished?

Please note that these ‘ Bring your own Seat’ events will be pre-organised by local groups who will be responsible for ensuring the correct ratios on the water, safety support and equipment.
